Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint. ~Mark Twain
Princess images belong to Disney. Duh.

I have to tell you, I have been on a month downward slump and you were on my mind on Sunday night princess. I thought of all your hard work and dedication and realized I had one excuse after another as to why I am a victim and living in unhappily ever after. I got back on track last night...3 miles run, meal plan for the week created, and 60 dollars of healthy grocery's later I am on my way. Your post is a reminder to take it one day at a time. I get so wrapped up in perfection and the end goal that I forget to move forward one step at a time. Thanks for the magical reminder. Keep up the good work and know that you have a lot of people cheering you on all around.
It is dangerous to challenge men to fitness competitions. They just have cut back from 6 pieces of bacon down to 2 and lose 12 pounds. LOL. Good for you Mel. Yes, we can walk Monday. Joe Creason? I will check into a guest pass at Milestone in case this crappy weather holds.
Once upon a time, there was a woman who wondered what it would be like to be a princess. Here, she explores that question as she prepares for the 2012 Disney Princess Half Marathon and finds her healthy ever-after.

Thank you for your positivity. Good luck with your fitness journey this week!
Challenged my hubby to a fitness/ weight loss challenge from today until our vacation next month. Want to go for a walk/ run on Thursday after work?

And when I say Monday, I mean Thursday.
